Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from abroad, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Overseas shipping costs will be advised on an individual basis.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Solo or Delta. You may send your card information via phone, mail or over the Internet. The cost of products may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to change but you will be informed of such changes and given the option to confirm or cancel your order with us.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.

The contract formed by our acceptance of your order shall be governed by the laws of England and the English Law will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the contract.

As long as the goods are in stock, the orders will be sent out within 2 days and should be received within 3 – 5 working days. If you are ordering items that are not currently available in stock you will be advised of the expected delivery date. You have the right to cancel this order at anytime prior to despatch.
Postage and Packaging is charged at
£4.95 for one pair of shoes/sandal or ankle boots,
£6.95 for two pairs of shoes/sandals or ankle boots.
Knee length boots are charged at £6.95 per pair.

We will normally send your order to you within 2 working days. Delivery times to EU countries are dependant on local postal services. Please contact us to discuss alternative delivery options if required.

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted when they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

If you are not completely happy with the goods you have ordered, please complete the returns form enclosed with your order indicating whether you would like a refund or exchange.

The goods must be returned to us in the original packaging and must be unworn and in a saleable condition. Please obtain a certificate of posting when returning items as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in return post. Goods are returned to Suzanne Constantine Shoes at your own expense. Please note that we do not refund original post and packing costs unless the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. Suzanne Constantine Shoes decision is final.

If, after purchase any product fails to give reasonable wear due to either defective workmanship or materials, please contact us with the details.
